Sussex IP is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the University of Sussex and exclusively manages and commercialises the University’s intellectual property (IP) portfolio.

We actively manage all the patent families derived from the technologies developed at the University and advise companies on IP matters. As a young, small company itself, Sussex IP understands the needs of small companies. Sussex IP’s team of industry professionals are able to manage the entire out-licensing process.
